ORDERS
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since every item is made-to-order, you can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not entered the fulfillment stage yet. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible. Contact us at support@maferstyles.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Printful ships with carriers like DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, and other local postal services depending on your location. Use the tracking link in your email to follow your package. For international orders, a second carrier may handle the final delivery — both tracking numbers will be included.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the Discount code field before completing your purchase. Only one code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at support@maferstyles.com with your name and the email used to order, and we will look it up for you.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide — USA, Europe, Latin America, Australia, and beyond. Shipping costs and times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Orders take 2–5 business days to produce, then ship from the fulfillment center closest to you. Delivery in the US takes 3–4 additional days. International orders take 5–20 days. See our Shipping Policy for full breakdown by country.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.
My order is late. What should I do?
If your estimated delivery date has passed, wait 2–3 more days as carriers can have delays. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@maferstyles.com with your order number and we will investigate.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a print error. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. See our full Return Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at support@maferstyles.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Do I need to send the item back?
In most cases no. Since every item is printed on demand, it is more efficient for us to send you a replacement. We will handle it based on the photos you provide.
Can I return an item because I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for incorrect size orders since each piece is made-to-order. Please review our Size Guide carefully before purchasing. When in doubt, size up.
SIZING
What size should I order?
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements in both inches and centimeters. Our tees are unisex with a classic fit. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed streetwear look.
Do Gildan shirts run small?
Yes — Gildan 5000 tends to run slightly smaller than other brands and can shrink slightly after the first wash. We always recommend sizing up if you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit.

We offer sizes from S to 5XL on our Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton t-shirts. See the full size chart in our Size Guide.

What material are your t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are the Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton — 100% preshrunk cotton. Fabric weight is 5.0–5.3 oz/yd² (170–180 g/m²). Sport Grey is 90% cotton / 10% polyester.
How do I care for my Mafer Styles t-shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Proper care extends the life of both the garment and the graphic.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Are your designs exclusive?
Yes — every graphic is created exclusively for Mafer Styles. No templates, no stock art. Each design is original and limited edition.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
We currently do not offer wholesale pricing. Each item is produced individually on demand. For special requests, contact us at support@maferstyles.com.
